Chris Faicco, a Partner in The Midtown Financial Group, has spent over 30 years at Northwestern Mutual focusing on helping
busy, high-net worth clients organize their financial lives and plan for their futures. Ranging from high-level corporate
executives on Wall Street to professional athletes, Chris works with busy, successful individuals to design and implement
financial plans to fit their needs. The areas of expertise Chris focuses on include, but are not limited to, investment
and retirement planning, college education, life insurance, and estate planning.
Chris holds the Retirement Income Certified Professional (RICP®) designation, as well as the Certified Long-Term
Care (CLTC®) certification.
When he’s not in the office, Chris enjoys playing golf and tennis, as well as a variety of other sports. He is an avid
Los Angeles Dodgers fan. He is also involved in several charities, including Alex’s Lemonade Stand Foundation which
supports pediatric cancer, and Steven’s Strikeouts which helps families of fallen firefighters, policemen and first
responders. Chris has been married to his wife Lori for over 25 years, and they have two daughters, Jessica and Kristie.
Matt Leopold is a Partner in The Midtown Financial Group, and has over 17 years of experience guiding clients along their
financial path. He believes in a planning based approach to managing all aspects of an individual’s financial life.
He and his team share a philosophy that success starts with trust and a plan.
Matt holds the certification of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®) and designation of Retirement Income
Certified Professional (RICP®). He holds his Series 6, 7, 63 and 66 securities licenses and his state
life and health insurance licenses.
In his free time, Matt enjoys playing sports, reading and volunteering his time coaching youth sports programs. Matt also
founded a non-profit organization, Bryan’s Song, whose mission is to raise awareness for colon cancer screening
and detection. Matt lives in Pleasantville, New York with his wife, Tamara, and two boys, Max and Ian.
Lee Richardson, a Partner in The Midtown Financial Group, has over 25 years of experience in the wealth management and retirement
planning arenas, focusing on high net worth individuals and families. His expertise is in helping to develop and execute
long-range strategically-focused financial plans for clients emphasizing prudent portfolio management and wealth creation/transfer.
Prior to joining Northwestern Mutual, Lee was Vice President in the investment banking division of Bankers Trust Co. Lee
has an MBA in Finance from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business.
Lee is married and has 3 grown children. He is an avid cyclist, and is actively involved in his community as a past warden
of St. Barnabas Episcopal Church and as Vice President of Hudson Chorale, a 70-member chorus.
Kevin Stein is a Partner in The Midtown Financial Group, and brings over 15 years of experience to his engagement with clients
on a variety of topics from personal insurance planning, business succession planning and investment fiduciary. Kevin’s
particular focus is on the needs of the closely held business owner, advising them on becoming financially independent
from their business, and helping them understand how to best leverage the concentrated assets they hold in the form of
business interests, and often, real estate.
Kevin holds the designations of CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®), Chartered Financial Consultant
(ChFC®), Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU®), and his Series 6, 7, 63, 66 & 26 securities
Kevin resides in Manhattan with his wife Sarah and 3 children, Amaia, Elise and Aaron.
Erica Kulka graduated from the University of Hartford in 2010 with a B.S. in Finance. She joined the team in November of
2015, bringing with her 5 years of industry experience. Erica resides in Manhattan with her husband Peter, and in her
spare time she likes to travel.
Hannah Williams graduated from Georgia Southwestern State University with a B.S. in Marketing and Communications in 2016.
She joined the team as the Client Service Manager in January 2017, bringing a year of industry experience. She is involved
with various charitable organizations, such as Dance Marathon: The Stand NYC, Relay for Life and Making Strides Against
Breast Cancer. Hannah lives in Manhattan, and in her spare time she enjoys exercising, traveling and spending time outdoors.
Michelle Montgoris graduated from Adelphi University with a B.A. in Communications and Minor in Spanish. She joined the team
in February 2015, bringing with her four years of industry experience. She is a fully licensed associate, having obtained
her Life, Accident & Health License, Series 7, and Series 63. Michelle currently lives with her family in Long Island.
She is an avid New York Mets and New York Rangers fan and bowls competitively in her spare time.

Spencer Cohen received his degree from Franklin & Marshall College, and joined Northwestern Mutual in 2012 as an Associate
Wealth Management Advisor. He specializes in partnering with new and existing clients to better understand their financial
goals, as well as developing and implementing customized financial planning solutions. Spencer holds his Series 7, Series
63, and Life & Health Insurance licenses. He currently resides in New York, NY and enjoys spending time with friends
and family, as well as traveling.

Beth Feldman graduated from the George Washington University and started working in the financial services industry in 2008.

clients on their financial plans as well as in-house financial solutions and investment analysis. She holds her Series
7 and Series 66 licenses, Life & Health Insurance Licenses, and CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ (CFP®)
certification. Beth resides in Englewood, NJ. In her free time, Beth enjoys playing tennis, traveling, and volunteering
at a local animal shelter.

Victoria Lamar Rahall is originally from St. Petersburg, Florida and attended University of Tampa before finishing her degree
in Business Administration from University of Phoenix. She began working with the team in 2010 and is responsible for
client transactions and all back office operations. Victoria is active in the community within HandsOn Suncoast, Sonbeam
via De Cristo and the St. Petersburg Junior League. Her pride and joy is her dog, a Shiba Inu named Maeko.
